Customer Success Manager

In order to provide our customers with the best possible support we are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to strengthen our team.
You will guide new and existing customers toward their optimal usage of our product(s) and help them achieve their desired outcome from our office in London.
What we’re looking for:
- 2-4 years of B2B SaaS experience in either consultancy, account management or customer success
- Technical proficiency to understand customer needs and leverage product capabilities or internal resources to meet those needs
- Affinity for technology and you work very data-driven
- Strong communication skills, and find it easy to quickly build rapport, in addition to presenting complex issues in a structured way
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written

What you’ll do:
- Own the account performance, onboarding and product training of your customers/portfolio and bring the full potential of our employee communications platform to your clients with specific plans and strategies
- Work closely with Account Management to ensure that your work also brings about the optimal revenue opportunities and that both teams are always aligned on the direction for each customer
- Identify new ways to prevent and minimize churn
- Support and training customers in configuring and using Haiilo
- Ensure customer roadmaps, QBR structure, portfolio division and other internal workflows are always up to date and followed
