How do I become a member of the academy?

Haiilo customers can access the academy through our Client Community. Click "Join" at the top of the page, enter your details, and we will reach out to get you signed up for the Client Community. Once you are a member, you’ll easily be able to sign up for the Academy directly from the Client Community.

How long does it take to receive my Client Community invitation email after I have submitted the form?

Each request is checked by our team, so it could take a few working days to receive your details. If it takes longer, check your spam folder or feel free to reach out to our Support team!
