We strive to keep our recruiting process as concise as possible while giving you the opportunity to meet with multiple Haiilos and ensure a perfect match. While we have a general process in place, each job may have variations depending on the specific requirements and needs.


Our goal is to make the process as efficient as possible while providing you with a comprehensive understanding of our company culture, values, and expectations.

  • 1. First Interview

    Remote  |  30 minutes


    During the first Interview with one of our Recruiters we aim to earn more about the your motivation, previous experience, and we provide you a brief overview of the role & Haiilo

  • 2. Assessment (optional)

    Remote


    This step depends on the position. Show off your skills in a practical task and discuss your results in the next interview

  • 3. In-depth Interview

    Remote or onsite  |  30-90 minutes


    Meet your future lead and one of your future peers from the team and discuss your experiences and skills related to the position. By asking relevant questions and having open discussions, both you and the team can gain insights into each other's perspectives and determine if there is a good fit for the role

  • 4. Team Talk

    30 - 45 minutes


    Get to know your potential teammates, learn about team dynamics, and get all your personal questions answered.

  • 5. Management Talk

    Remote or Onsite  |  30 minutes


    Dive into Haiilo's goals and strategy and ask all your questions to one of our senior management members
