We’ve implemented processes and tools to reduce bias in hiring, ensuring opportunities are fair and accessible to everyone. By focusing on structured interviews and diverse hiring panels, we aim to bring in the best talent from all walks of life.
Annual employee survey
We listen to our employees through yearly surveys to understand where we stand and identify areas for growth. Insights from these surveys guide our strategies and help us measure progress.
