We want you to be satisfied with your new Social Intranet and that’s why we walk the migration path together – because a migration project should always be tailored to your individual needs. Here’s how it could work:
1. Stocktaking
We take stock of your current use of Workplace from Meta. What functions do you use most frequently? Where do you maintain which types of content? How can the two architectures be brought together? Important: Migration experts create a migration concept tailored to you.
2. Up-to-dateness & added value
You then specify the content you want to migrate from which Workplace from Meta functions. Before taking this step, it makes sense to check that existing content is current and migrate only content that will continue to provide added value to employees going forward. It’s good to know that sensitive Workplace from Meta data is transferred in compliance with data protection regulations.
3. Presentation of the content
The third step is to determine with you whether and how your content should be presented in the new Haiilo environment. Completing this step will give you a good idea of how long the migration will take.
4. Technical setup
Once we have jointly defined the requirements for your new Digital Home, we set up your future platform. This includes setting up the migration and ensuring that both platforms can communicate with each other – despite any firewall or VPN settings.
5. Test migration
The first test migrations take place, and together, we evaluate how they worked. Are you happy with the result? Is there any missing content? Should content be presented differently? Are further iterations necessary?
6. Final Migration
The test migration was successful? Then, we will implement the final migration together. Important to know: Everything is logged – so we can ensure no content gets lost.
