As Technical Consultant for application support, you will take a deep dive into the tech-world and work very closely with our cloud team to solve problems directly for and with our cloud customers. And for other issues you can rely on the best and most humorous service management team in the world . Who we’re looking for:
- Master of your craft: We are looking for talent and the ability to solve problems. You have a background as IT specialist for system integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) and preferably first work experience in a similar position
- Your skills: You have know-how in Linux, Docker & Docker compose and User directories (Active Directory and LDAP) as well as experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk) to be able to support as fast as flash is
- Bringing your A-game: You are ready to take responsibility, while being self organised and enjoying the freedom to tackle the challenges our might customers have
- Next level: Our goal is to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. In order to achieve this, we are constantly improving ourselves and our processes and we would be happy if you support us by voicing your ideas

- Communication skills: You need to be fluent in English AND German as we do have a huge customers base in Germany, therefore fluent German skills are required
What you’ll do:
- #solver mindset: You will take over technical tasks to solve issues, primary for our cloud (multitenant) customers, as well as OnPremise customers in strong cooperation with the customer service team
- Get them on board: You will be in charge of the technical onboarding of new customers to ensure a smooth transition
- Putting the strings together: Connection of third party systems like Active Directories, M365, OpenID, MS Azure
- Preparing the future: As we are following a Cloud-only strategy, the organization of technical migrations from On Premises to Cloud will be also part of your job
