As Revenue Operations Manager you will drive growth while working closely together with other departments to develop and implement revenue processes. Who we’re looking for:

  • Your background: You have a degree in business management or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations or finance operations, ideally in a SaaS company
  • Bringing your A-game: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously and a great attention to accuracy
  • Teamwork makes the dream work: You like working collaboratively and effectively across international teams. #together is not just a hashtag for us – it is our mindset and we live by it every day 
  • ¿hablas español?: Good news is: you don’t need to. But you need to be fluent in English 
  • Ideally you have already worked with Salesforce and are confident in the usage

Your responsibilities:

  • You work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop and implement revenue processes
  • You ensure the validity of and analyse revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • You develop and implement metrics, KPIs and dashboards to measure revenue performance and provide stakeholders with relevant insights
  • You manage, optimise and maintain our Salesforce instance and own and ensure the accuracy of data 
  • You work with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue-related processes and provide guidance to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition
  • You develop and maintain documentation of revenue-related processes and systems and participate in revenue forecasting and planning activities
