Who you are:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with a strong sales focus
- Proven track record of acquiring and nurturing successful partnerships
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, complemented by the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Self-starter with the versatility to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and German

What you’ll do:
- You are the #1 in-person point of contact between our partners and Haiilo when it comes to training and product enablement
- Cultivate and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in potential partner organizations, ensuring seamless communication and the realization of successful partnerships
- Continuously assess and optimize partnership performance, pinpointing areas for enhancement and implementing innovative strategies for maximizing results
- Oversee existing partnerships, maintaining open lines of communication and driving collaborative efforts to achieve sustained growth and mutual value
- Establish and ensure a regular feedback loop for our partners and make sure this feedback is recognized internally
