In order to provide our customers with the best possible support we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our high-performing global Account Management team.
As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you enjoy taking charge of ensuring the success of our key customers with our product and to maximize our recurring revenue through cross- and upselling. What we’re looking for:
- Knowledge is power: You have at least 4 years of professional experience as a Key Account Manager in a SaaS environment
- Oh Captain, my captain: You manage your projects independently and with the freedom you desire. Trust between you and your customers is the key to success and leads you to a clear win-win situation in the end
- From A for app to Z for Zip: Targeted communication is your thing and the customer is your focus. You use this strength to explain important features or share mutual feedback transparently with the customer. Even tougher negotiations, during which strong communication and flexibility are required, don’t make you break into a sweat
- Talk tech to me: You are software-savvy and not only able to easily understand technology but also translate it as a clear added value for our existing customers through your solution-oriented approach
- Only youuu: Curious, dedicated, self-motivated, committed, conscientious, team-oriented – that’s how you would describe yourself when meeting your future parents-in-law for the first time
- ¿Hablas español?…: don’t worry, you don’t need to! As long as you are business fluent in German and English, you are in the right place with us. The cherry on the top of your language potpourri would be French
- It’s nice to be important, but it’s important to be nice: You take care of commercially relevant customers of Haiilo and therefore you have the greatest leverage to generate growth as well as direct impact on the development of our product
- Grow together: Knowing your customers best, you will identify cross- and upselling potential, independently lead negotiations and ensure that new products, add-ons and services can be sold and deployed for mutual benefit, thus growing our existing customer portfolio
- May the force be with you: As the point of contact and link between customers and Haiilo managers, you are a key success factor for customer satisfaction and establish various programs and channels for transparent feedback, escalation management and for sales-promoting references
- Happy customer, happy life: …or something like that anyway! At the end of the day, our goal is to make our customers happy! They should experience an outstandingly comprehensive and convincing Customer Journey throughout their Haiilo time – for which you are responsible
