Who you are:

  • Bringing your A-game: You are a great communicator with experience in B2B support and have spent at least 1 year in Customer Success Management
  • Know your tools: You can shine with know-how to understand web applications and their processes in their basic context. Also Service desk and communication tools aren’t new to you, nor is the use of more specialised customer relation management tools
  • Teamwork makes the dream work: You like working collaboratively and effectively across international teams. #together is not just a hashtag for us – it is our mindset and we live by it every day 
  • Partner in crime: With your patient, friendly and obliging manner, you are the calming influence when it comes to complications and problems from the customer side. You keep an overview of the big picture and maintain a communicative and empathic approach in order to build up the best possible customer relationship
  • ¿hablas español?: Good news is: you don’t need to. But you need to be fluent in English and French

Your responsibilities:

  • Own the account performance, onboarding and product training of your customers/portfolio and bring the full potential of our employee communications platform to your clients with specific plans and strategies
  • Work closely with AM to ensure that your work also brings about the optimal revenue opportunities and that CS and AM is always aligned on the direction for each customer and that the common goals are agreed upon
  • Ensure that churn risk clients are identified and implement corrective action plans where necessary
  • Execute on your defined portfolio goals, team goals and OKRs as well as regularly report progress and KPIs
  • Ensure customer roadmaps, QBR structure and playbook, portfolio division and other internal workflows are always up to date and followed
