Data Analyst

We’re looking for individuals based in Germany, Finland, or the UK, as we have entities there. Unfortunately, we can’t support relocation at the moment.

With more than 1,000 international clients such as Salesforce, Asana, PWC and Google Cloud, we’re one of the largest global providers of employee communications software for companies to reach, engage and understand more than 3.5 million employees every day. 

In order to take our product to the next level, we are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our global Product & Tech department. 

As Data Analyst you will work closely with the Product and Tech management team to uncover trends, patterns and opportunities for the product development. It is your chance to enter an already grown and successful company while being able to still leave your visible footprint. 

This role is a remote role in Germany, Finland or the UK. But we’re open to hybrid work – so if you’re an office fan, you can join our offices in Hamburg, Helsinki or London.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Your background: You have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of data manipulation and interpretation
  • You skills: Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience in querying and manipulating large datasets, experience with user behavior tracking and tools such as Mixpanel and data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau or Looker
  • Bringing your A-game: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and resolve data-related issues as well as distilling complex information into actionable insights
  • Teamwork makes the dream work: You are able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative international team in an agile environment
  • Communication is key: You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English 
  • Nice to have: Ideally you have an understanding of dbt and Python

Your responsibilities:

  • Work closely together with the Product and Tech management to uncover trends, patterns and opportunities for our product development that leaves our users with happy faces
  • Analyze user behavior data to derive product insights and share them with your stakeholders
  • Develop new charts and information displays in dashboards, enhancing data visualization and accessibility
  • Maintain and develop data pipelines including transformation jobs in dbt
  • Be the contact person for all data questions within the Product & Tech department
