Who we’re looking for:

  • Your background: You have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of data manipulation and interpretation
  • You skills: Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience in querying and manipulating large datasets, experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase or similar platforms and Excel
    Ideally you have an understanding of dbt, Python, Salesforce and Mixpanel
  • Bringing your A-game: You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify and resolve data-related issues as well as distilling complex information into actionable insights
  • Teamwork makes the dream work: You like working collaboratively and effectively across international teams. #together is not just a hashtag for us – it is our mindset and we live by it every day 
  • Communication is key: You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English

Your responsibilities:

As part of our Revenue Operations team, you will assist cross-functionally in the growth of Haiilo while delivering insights to our teams through the usage of data. Your tasks will include:

  • Identify the biggest bottlenecks to business performance through data analysis and independently drive process improvements
  • Develop new charts and information displays in dashboards, enhancing data visualization and accessibility
  • Prepare reports for investors, providing timely and accurate information to support decision-making
  • Assist with sales research, leveraging data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth
  • Maintain pricing calculators to ensure accurate and up-to-date pricing information and develop data pipelines including transformation jobs in dbt
  • Analyze user behavior data in our product to derive insights in collaboration with our Product & Technology department
