Content Marketing Manager

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in content or product marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS Technology/Software industry.
• Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills, as well as experience in adapting English copy into German.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and own them end-to-end, from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in creating diverse content types tailored to different target audiences and strong skills in deeply understanding products and customer needs.
• Comfortable working cross-departmentally and presenting your work to different teams.
• Fluent German and very good written and spoken English skills

What you’ll do:

• Develop and Align German Messaging Strategy: Co-create German messaging and narratives, ensuring alignment with English copy & messaging, product teams and upcoming features.
• Own the Entire German Content Production Process: Align with our Content team to lead and manage the full sales and marketing collateral creation lifecycle.
• Develop Product and Competitive Content: Create compelling content that highlights product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Implement Sales and Account Management Requirements: Gather input from client-facing teams (Sales, Account Management, Customer Success)  to integrate into content.
• Craft Audience-Specific Messaging: Use market and customer insights to develop compelling, targeted content.
• Enablement Content Creation: Design and produce sales collateral such as presentations, product demos, case studies, and training materials that empower the sales team to effectively position our products and close deals.
• Gather Competitive Intelligence and Monitor Market Trends: Track market developments and competitor activities, analyze trends, and provide reports and recommendations to ensure the organization remains competitive and aligned with market shifts.
