Truly Approachable Xallerators (TAX) and Legally Avid Wunderkinder (LAW), or, as we call them: Finance and Legal! They are responsible for making sure that Haiilo has a good understanding of its finances to ensure smooth running of its operations and that those are performed in a legally compliant way. Whereas the Finance team focuses on accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, the Legal team is the first point of contact for contracts, data protection and other legal inquiries.

Happily ever after the contract is signed: Account Management and Customer Success are the go- to people for our customers. From providing guidance during their journey, sharing knowledge and keeping an open ear for concerns and questions all the way to ensuring growth, a strong relationship and the best possible usage of our tools, these teams are all about our customers!
