As soon as you sign the contract, we start providing comprehensive support to ensure you get the best possible service. As a Haiilo customer, you will benefit from a dedicated Account Manager and Customer Success Team who will be with you right from the start to ensure your intranet is a success.

Your Account Manager is your first point of contact for all strategic issues. They will ensure that your objectives are not only met, but ideally exceeded. Your Account Manager is your personal link to Haiilo and is always on hand to help you with contractual matters.
In addition, a Customer Success Manager will support you with proven best practices, personalised recommendations and valuable tips.

Together, these two teams work hand in hand to ensure that you receive not only the best possible service, but also the solutions that help you achieve your personal goals.
